RETURN POLICY

ONLINE RETURN VIA POST

SAREE DEALS is committed to providing quality products to our customers. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from the SAREE DEALS website, you may return it within 10 days following delivery. However, returned products must be in original condition, unwashed and unworn with all tags attached and be accompanied by the original invoice.

Returned items not received in their original state will be automatically returned to the customer. Saree Deals reserves the right to reject a return if we conclude it is not in a new condition.

Please contact us first by email at info@sareedeals.nz if you would like to return a product. Please include your full name, order number and reason(s) for return. Alternatively, you can use our online contact form, fill in the details and submit.

Products returned by post are your responsibility until they reach us, so please take the time to package these securely as we will not be responsible for items lost in transit. For security and peace of mind, we strongly suggest registered post as unfortunately, we are not liable for lost return parcels.

Please note that all returned garments will be assessed once we receive it. Garments that have been noticeably worn or soiled and not in original condition will not be accepted. We will return the garment to the customer. Postage cost for return delivery is not covered by Saree Deals.

However, unless the product is faulty or not as ordered, the delivery charges and costs of returning the product will not be refunded. Refunds will be in the same form as your original payment. You will receive a full refund of the price you paid for a returned product if the product is faulty.

If you return a product by post we will email you when we receive it. We will process any refund due as soon as possible and, in any case, within 7-10 business days of our receipt of the product.

If a product is faulty we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 to provide a remedy such as full refund, including postage cost.

ACCESSORIES items such as jewelleries, shoes, shawls, dupattas, etc are final sales.

SALE ITEMS Sale items are final sales and cannot be returned. Items sold using a promo code of 20% or greater cannot be returned or exchanged.

FAULTY ITEMS

All items are thoroughly inspected prior to being sent out to the customers to ensure a high level of quality in the garments that you purchase from Saree Deals.

We are happy to replace a faulty garment, if a replacement is not available, we will issue a full refund.

Please note excess sequin falling off is not a fault in highly sequin garments. Additionally, loose threads are not considered as a fault. Minor faults, such as zips not working are easily fixable and will be fixed or replaced if we have the same items in stock.

If a product is faulty, we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 to provide a remedy.

We do advise that any faulty garments that wish to be returned after 10 days from the purchase date will be denied acceptance.

 

REFUNDS POLICY

 

You will receive a full refund of the price you paid for a returned product if the product is faulty. However, unless the product is faulty or not as ordered, the delivery charges and costs of returning the product will not be refunded. Refunds will be in the same form as your original payment. Please allow 7-10 business days for processing refunds once we have received the returned product.

You are entitled to a full refund, if you have received a faulty garment. In order to be entitled for a full refund, the returned garment/ items must:

 

  • Be received in original condition- unworn, unwashed, with all tags still attached.
  • No smell of ladies perfume/ deodorant so please take due care when trying on your order

All orders are shipped via overnight courier within NZ (once your order has been processed and you have received a confirmation e-mail from us) however, if your order does not arrive overnight due to a courier delay, this does not entitle you to a refund.

 

PROCESSING REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

 

  • Once received, we will inspect and process the products. Please allow up to 10 business days for us to receive your product and action your return request.
  • We will gladly cover the cost of delivering your new product if you have requested an exchange.
  • Please note, if an exchange is requested for a different item than the one returned, it will be sold at the Online price displayed at the time of processing. If you wish to take advantage of a sale price, we strongly suggest sending the original item back for a refund and purchasing the new item Online yourself.
  • Any refunds required will be processed back via your original form of payment. Please note postage charges are non-refundable unless the sold item is faulty. If an exchange item is out of stock, you will be notified via email and a refund via your original form of payment will be issued.

Returns are processed within 7to 10 working days of receiving your item(s).

Please note: we cannot exchange items that are returned to our online store. If you have changed your mind, we will happily provide you with a refund for the purchase price of the item, as long as the items are in their original condition.

All Exchanges (NZ ORDERS) can be returned within 10 days of purchase for a refund.

Returns need to be sent back to SAREE DEALS within the above time frame or they will be denied acceptance.

Due to the popularity of our range we cannot guarantee that we will have a different size in stock to exchange by the time we receive your return. Therefore, if you require a replacement size, you are required to place a new order. You will be notified via email once we have received the returned item and a refund via your original form of payment will be issued for all returned items, provided it is in the original condition

*NZ CUSTOMERS* – Return shipping for exchanges back and forth is at buyers expense. Saree Deals does not offer free shipping on returns unless the item is faulty. The refund amount issued will be minus the shipping cost.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Once order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled. However, if you have made a mistake and ordered a wrong size or colour, please contact us at info@sareedeals.nz within 24 hours of order placement.

If your order has not been processed and despatched, our sales team will amend your original order with the new request. However, we may not be able to fulfil your requests if the order has already been despatched.

 

COLOURS of DISPLAYED PRODUCTS

Every effort has been made to portray the colours of our products that appear on the Saree Deals website as accurately as possible. However, because the actual colours you see depend on the monitor you are using, Saree Deals cannot guarantee the accuracy of colours presented on screen with the actual products.
