How much does shipping cost?

 

All orders are FREE delivery within New Zealand.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are generally processed and packed within 24-48 hours of placement, excluding weekends, orders placed after 2pm Monday to Friday and public holidays. In some instances, if there is a delay in payment clearance times, we will contact you via e-mail and update as this will delay your order processing time.

We aim to deliver your order within 3-7 working days. For rural delivery, please allow an extra 2-3 days for delivery. Your order should be delivered within 2-3 working days after you receive an email confirmation that your order was shipped. Delivery to non- rural areas may be quicker.

What delivery service does Saree Deals use?

All our online orders are delivered using Courier Post couriers and require a signature for each package. If no one is available at the address to sign for the package, Courier Post will leave a ‘card to call’. Please contact Courier Post on 0800 268 743 to arrange for a suitable re-delivery.

Do you deliver to PO Boxes?

As we use a signature required service with Courier Post, we need a street address and are unable to deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel pods.

Do you ship to international addresses?

Currently, we only ship within New Zealand.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been despatched from Saree Deals, you will receive an email letting you know that it is on the way. The email will have a Track & Trace reference number that you can use to track your package here http://www.courierpost.co.nz/.

How do I return or exchange an item?

Unfortunately, Saree Deals does not recommend exchanges of items as we cannot guarantee that the item you would like to order instead of the returned items will be still available when we receive the returned items.

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason we will refund the item, providing it is in its original condition with tags attached and is unworn. You may return the item within 10 days of receiving your order.

We are currently unable to process exchanges via post, so please return your items via post and then re-order online. You will be notified via email once we have received the returned item and a refund via your original form of payment will be issued for all returned items, provided it is in the original condition. Please check our Refund & Exchange policy for further information.

Is there a cost if I decide to return my item via mail?

If you decide to return your purchase to us via post or courier you will need to pay the postage costs unless the item is faulty. These will vary depending on the size of the item and your location. We will notify you via email as soon as we will receive your return. You will need to contact us first via e-mail at info@sareedeal.nz if you wish to return your purchase.

Will my refund include shipping charges?

If you change your mind about a purchase for any reason we will happily refund you the purchase price of the item, excluding the shipping costs. However, if we make a mistake and the item you receive is not what you ordered or you receive a faulty item, then we will refund you the total amount you paid or the purchase price. This excludes the shipping cost as delivery is free within New Zealand. If you are unsure please contact us at info@sareedeal.nz and we will get it sorted for you.

How do I search for a product online?

You can search for a product using the search bar located on the bottom of every page or by browsing the relevant categories. The item I have seen online no longer seems to be in stock?

If an item is sold out or not currently available online it will say ‘Out of Stock’. Saree Deals does not guarantee the restocking of the ‘Out of Stock’ items.

Do I need to create a Saree Deals acount to shop online?

No, you can check out as a guest when shopping online.

How do I remove an item from my shopping cart

To remove an item from your cart, simply change the number in the ‘QTY’ box to 0 and click on ‘update shopping bag’

How long will items remain in my cart and will these still be available if I complete the order later?

Any items placed in your cart when you are logged in will remain in your cart for 59 minutes, reserving the items while you complete the transaction. If you complete the order after this time some of the items may not be available.

How can I pay for my online order?

We accept the following payment types online via Payment Express: Credit or Debit Card (Visa and MasterCard).

Are my credit or debit card details saved?

We do not store any of your credit or debit card details. When you shop online with Saree Deals we use SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) technology to encrypt all personal information, such as credit card details and addresses to protect your privacy. We use a secure Hosted Payment page solution from DPS (Direct Payment Solutions) to process online transactions

How can I change or cancel my order?

Once you have placed your order we try to get it packaged and shipped quickly so we are generally not able to amend your order. You will need to wait until your order arrives and then return any unwanted items. If you need to amend your delivery address, email us at info@sareedeal.nz and if it is not too late we will update this for you. Our contact hours are Monday – Friday 8am to 4.30pm, excluding Public Holidays. For more information on returning or exchanging an item please read our Returns Policy.

How long does it take to get an order despatched?

Please allow 3-10 working days for delivery although some city and non- rural areas may have faster delivery service. Once you order has been despatched you will receive a shipping confirmation email from us. This email will contain a Track and Trace number, allowing you to track your order to your door.

When will I be charged for my order?

When you make an order your bank will place a hold on the full amount of your order, but we will only charge your card once we are about to despatch it. This is called pre authorisation and is standard practice when funds are transferred electronically. On your statement online this will look like withdrawal for the order amount. If we cannot fulfil an item in your order, you will not be charged for it. The pre authorisation should automatically drop off within 5 – 7 working days of when you originally placed your order. You will be notified via e-mail regarding this.

What happens if Saree Deals cannot supply an item I have ordered?

Sometimes an item that you have ordered may have been ordered by other people at the same time, which means we do not have it in-stock. If we are unable to source the item you will not be charged for it. You will be notified via e-mail.

Why has my order been cancelled?

If all of the items you have ordered are out of stock, then you order will be cancelled and you will not be charged. An order may also be cancelled if your credit or debit card has been declined.
